1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with ATTIRECORP TRADING LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Who can order

This website is intended for business customers. By placing an order you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and that you are authorised to do so.

We may ask for company details, a trade licence or a tax registration number before accepting an order or opening a business account.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately, including fabric composition, weight and specification. Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in screens, photography and dye lots.

Where colour matching across an order is important, we recommend requesting a sample before placing a bulk order.

We may change specifications, fabrics or suppliers where necessary. Where a change is material to an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order placed through the website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, not when you complete checkout.

A quotation or a purchase order may be subject to specific terms agreed at the time of order. Prices quoted are subject to confirmation of quantities, sizes and specification.

We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we are unable to verify your business details.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) / SAR / QAR / GBP / USD and are exclusive of delivery unless stated otherwise.

Value Added Tax is applied at the prevailing UAE rate where applicable and is shown at checkout and on the invoice.

Bulk pricing applies at the quantity thresholds published on each product page. Where an order qualifies for a lower unit price, that price is applied.

Payment is due in full before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.

6. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery timescales are estimates and are given in good faith. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods does not pass to you until we have received payment in full.

7. Branded and made-to-order goods

Where you order branded, personalised or made-to-order goods, additional terms apply. In particular, a digital proof is provided for your approval and production begins only once you have approved it. Approved branded goods cannot be returned or cancelled.

8. Intellectual property in artwork

Where you supply a logo, artwork or other material for branding, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to use it, and that its use by us does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You permit us to reproduce that material for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use it for any other purpose without your permission.

All content on this website, including product photography, descriptions and designs, belongs to AttireCorp and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Liability

We will meet our obligations with reasonable care and skill. Where we are liable for a defective product or a failure to supply, our liability is limited to the value of the goods concerned.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of contracts.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

10. Cancellation

Orders for unbranded ready-stock items may be cancelled before dispatch.

Orders for branded, personalised or made-to-order goods may be cancelled only before proof approval. Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
